How to Add Featured Categories on eBay

Feature categories on your storefront help buyers find items more easily thus increasing sales on eBay! Stores with featured categories can see up to 41% more conversion. Having a well-sorted storefront makes for a better shopping experience.

Sellers can create custom store categories or simply use eBay categories.

To feature up to 6 categories on an eBay storefront:

1. Select the Store tab in Seller Hub.
2. Under Featured categories, select either an eBay or a Store category that you’d like to spotlight.
3. Select a category from the Category menu.
4. Select Add Image and choose your image.
5. Select Preview or Publish.

When choosing your image, it’s best to use a square image that’s 300 x 300 pixels. Categories need to contain at least one active listing to be displayed on the storefront.
